Is There Liquid Time?

Yes we do use Liquid time, this is were your character can be in multiple areas at one time. The most places your character can be is five different places.

And to the second question, No you do not have to wait for other members to post before you post or go in a certain order. Although if you do..say that at the bottom of the post that you made with names of users that go and add on as members join. (This is for rp topic makers only (which means you made the first post)).
